So I'm walking to the Beach and I see this scene. Apparently some guy (likely drunk) took a nap on a bench in the park, so the concerned citizens promptly called an ambulance on him. In most other places I lived (US/Russia/UK), the guy would sleep there for a long time before anybody would care.

We argued with my mom whether the building in the background (big dome) is 100 years old or was built for the recent Olympics. I'm not a fan of his art (sculptures are not as bad as murals). Cool building.

In this room, they let people assemble their own sculptures from lego-like blocks. I was very, very impressed with what people created.
